Eligibility for Returns

At Little Stitch, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service to request a return authorization.
  2. You will be required to create a 360-degree video of the product within 10 days of receiving it, showing its condition from all angles. This video serves as confirmation that the item is eligible for return.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
REFUND POLICY

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items on sale, undergarments, and customized products are not eligible for returns.
